DELIVERY POLICY
The master jeweller will handcraft your special jewellery without the rules within 2-6 weeks (depend how Unruled your jewellery will be) after your order and pack and ship it to you as quick as possible.
DHL will take care to deliver your unruled jewellery safely and with best care. The shipping time and cost may vary town by town, country by country, continent by continent. We invite you to enter the exact address during the order and you will see exactly how much it may cost.
To give you a rough idea, the whole journey of your special jewellery starting from workshop to your door may take about 7 days in Europe, about 10 days in North America and much more varying in the rest of beautiful world.
RETURN POLICY or ASK TO ALTER:
As unruled jewellery is unique and handmade, we sincerely understand that your expectations or vision may differ from the time you ordered it online. We will be happy to accept back a purchase made on our website within 30 days upon receiving an item. Of course, the jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived, including all the branded packaging and with Returns & Exchanges form that will be included in to your parcel. We do not cover shipping costs.
You are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to Unruled address, we kindly ask you to make sure that the items reach it safely. We highly advise you to use delivery option with tracking. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund if the shipment is lost during the process.
In case of return, the money will be transferred as soon as the item is received back. We will return it to the same account or card depending on the type of your payment during the order and will notify you immediately by email. The amount to be returned is the price of jewellery, without the shipping costs. Please allow about 24 - 72 hours for the funds to reach your account.
Due to uniqueness of each handmade jewellery, it is not possible to exchange it. However, if you decide you would like some adaptation to be once (e. g. resize, engraving, change plating, add oxidising or any other special wishes), please contact us ([email protected]) and we will discuss with you the options with the greatest care.
